In any event I called AP last evening and was able to confirm seats in business on 1075. Thanks to those who provided helpful info.
did this route in Spring - please do not expect much, not much extra leg room - all that LH will do is fold down center seat console so you will get more room between you and the next passenger.
My preference is exit row on these short flights as plenty of leg room, and LH does provide sandwich in Y instead of cold plate offered in J.
have a good flight, and great food in Lyon airport (like everywhere else in this city) so eat before you board if you must.
