There are full segments, no segments and miscalculated segments - the latter are when one books a through flight (think AAA-BBB-CCC on one flight number) and only gets miles and segment credit for AAA-CCC, because that happens.
There are half EQP, half-cooked meals and occasionally half-*****answers given by uninformed agents or half-baked service - but there are no half-segments.
