We had a similar incident on a DFW-DOH flight in March. Family of 4 with 2 young boys, one with a very loud, shrill voice who whined ceaselessly throughout the entire flight. Yes, literally through the entire flight, with small respites of perhaps 15-20 minutes. The parents appeared to give up trying to do anything about it. The crew did absolutely nothing.
