I never fly Spriit and not even SWA. Was hoping to see if there's any laws that can protect them in someway on the extra over paid fare.
Also an overnight at the airport.
It is absurd to lump a very good airline like Southwest in with the dregs of the ULCCs like Spirit. Southwest would have done everything in their power to help out passengers, and they have multiple aircraft available to do that.
Spirit come in dead last in passenger satisfaction for very good reasons. Southwest scores near the best.
