Lost E tickets
Some of my contractors insist on taking control of the ticket purchase for me and using e tickets. This trip on Delta I had a reservation from ABQ to Cincinatti. The reservation was in the computer but the fact that it was an eticket was disintermediated.
I did not have the confirmation # as it had never been given to me. Fortunately I was able to contact someone in the travel office to get the number. Has anyone experienced problems with etickets.
