Spirit's next available flight was 4 days out as it was sold out.

Had they known that cards with annual fees that can be fought at the end of the year, include travel insurance, all of this would not have happened

I never fly Spriit and not even SWA. Was hoping to see if there's any laws that can protect them in someway on the extra over paid fare.

Also an overnight at the airport.
