It seems you are trying to book through the Aerolineas website? And/or as an Argentine resident? That is the only system I can think of that asks for DNI/CUIT/CUIL, which are Argentine national ID numbers (kinda like social security numbers in the U.S.).

Provide info on what website you are working through, any other info, and maybe someone here can help...
