Child free cabins would be a marvellous idea and I would even consider paying a premium for the privilege . I have noticed though that QR and other ME airlines flights are always very child heavy so it might be difficult to provide . I'm investing in some Bose QC25's on my trip to Tokyo in October to preserve my sanity .

At least is not a Chinese airline where there's a high chance a parent will let their child defecate in the cabin !!!!
