At the grocery store, I tell the clerk I will pay first the $500 and then pay the .59 MO fee, so the terminal shows "$500" before I swipe. I do it this way all the time without issues. I got error messages that wrong PIN was used.
At WM, I tried to load $500 to BB. I hit the yellow, "Change Payment" button followed by the "Debit" and "No Cash Back" buttons and then entered the PIN. I tried at the Customer Service desk and Money Center & got error messages stating "Alternate Form of Payment Required". I have been using these cards without incident.
This morning I reset PINs went back to grocery store and same problem. Today, I reset PINS using a landline phone and will try again this evening.
