I have been unloading this entire week and ran into some issues this morning. Earlier in the week, the K8 option was available on the registers and I was able to unload pretty easily.

However, this morning I went into my local Target and the K8 option was no longer available on the cashier's screens (at any register). I was sent over to CS and the agent there didn't have that option available either. A manager came over (thought it may be an access level issue) and she couldn't figure it out either. After trying (and freezing their system a few times), I left without being able to load. The manager said she doesn't know how to load using the new system.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
