Hi, thanks for the comment. Yes, we have flown upstairs before and liked it. There is First availability for the trip back, but I quite liked the supper then straight to sleep on the plane last time couple of times we have come back from JFK/BOS, so thought this might be better than First return. I think that is the majority consensus on here also. I played around on expert flyer to check seats and the upper deck is totally free, so seems a no brainer, unless someone can give a reason to fly First back.

This is changing the subject a bit but just to give an overview, we have around 250,000 avios, this will use 128,000 if First/CW or 148,000 if First/First. Due to a change in circumstances, good news not bad, we won't be doing any LH for at least a couple of years, I will earn around 40,000 a year and will get a 241 every year, will prob do TFS in CE every year, but will pay for that as BA holidays give good rates in a bundle and getting awards can be difficult.

I know people will say it is up to me, but what would most people do on here, F/CW or F/F, is it worth the extra 20,000 for an over night in F?

FP
