Since it is hard to audit and control, in fact I never have worked for a company which having that policy in place ever tried to enforce it.
There are a couple of programs in which the company has a corporate account, .i.E. SAS Credits, which gets points credited for the booking/paying of the flight but even there the individual flying will get miles credited to his own account.
Some companies have therefore agreements with the airlines for cheap tickets which will never give miles, i.E. book in special booking classes. That was the case for my last German company (100k+) and for my current employer for some regions with picky tax agencies.
