Called trying to book SIT-JNU and got an Indian woman who said no availability and yet I saw it online on the AS site for the super saver level 7500 AS miles.

HUACA, got an Indian gentleman who saw availability straight away and booked it for 4x4500 Avios + $22.40, waived the telephone booking fee without me asking.

If I had not read this thread and Lucky's blog I probably would have given up after the first call.
