Colleagues on TK told me to stay as far away as possible if I'm looking for good customer service or booking Star Alliance Awards. For having basic *G privileges it works well.

I can recommend the KVSTool. Works very well and I'm happy to pay for it as it is plain the most painless tool to find award space.
