Bags will be tagged through. You will just have to collect them in PHL, and put them on a belt immediately after Customs. You should also receive the boarding pass for the domestic connector flight when checking in at MAN, so no need to queue at a counter in PHL for this.
2:20 will give you plenty of time. Immigration queues there are manageable from what I have seen in my limited experience.

There will be catering on the domestic flight. Nonalcoholic drinks are free, alcohol and food you will have to pay extra for. See here: http://www.usairways.com/en-US/trave...maincabin.html. The free drink & snack technically is reserved for top-tier AA members although some crews are generous to OW Emeralds (BA Gold), but don't expect anything as a Silver.

You got the lounge access correct. Don't expect any meaningful (free) food in either of the ACs apart from cheese, crackers, fruit and soup. You will get drink chits you can use for a beer/house liquor/bottle of water at the bar.
Brilliant info. Thanks for this, it really helps around the transit and offerings. I hadn't realised they were 200 series A330's so the powerpoint is a nice addition. I'm assuming you mean it's available in Y as per seat guru.
