I agree - it's fairly straightforward it's a CW sleeper service benefit, not a status benefit.

However, I understand why there's a degree of challenge on here, if as others have stated, they bend the rules and allow CW non-sleeper service people in for pre-flight dining. If they'll bend the rules in that scenario then IMHO it's not unreasonable to ask if they'll bend elsewhere.

(Not sure where there's any confusion here on terms - it's all pretty simple).
