Food for thought, don't know how many different times you tried to logon, but I've had this happen with Hilton. Nothing wrong with the reservation, just problem with their software/booking program. Try to logon again and see if your reservation comes up?
Did you book direct with property, or use a third party booking site?

You really don't know that they canceled your reservation. All you know is you can't view your reservation on the website.
"What to do?" Pick up the phone and call the hotel. Give them your confirmation number. Do not say they canceled it, or that it was a mistake rate. See what happens before launching into a speech on propriety. Perhaps the hysteria will be for naught.
