Have to put in a good word for this hotel following my recent one night stay. I fell and injured my knee about five hours before leaving for Pittsburgh (and couldn't cancel the trip) and so I was unexpectedly on crutches and in a lot of pain by the time I got to the hotel.
The staff here was fantastic -- found me an accessible room right next to the elevator, helped with luggage and fetching me ice for my knee, chased down room service just before closing time to make sure I got something to eat, and worked with a somewhat unresponsive airport wheelchair service to get me back to the terminal the next day.
If the normal rooms are as nice as the accessible ones, no complaints there either -- and the diamond breakfast in the restaurant was quite tasty. Also like that they serve breakfast late on the weekends, and have room service until midnight.
