According to a friend in the airline business, UA surveys approx. 5% to 10% on international flights. Up until 1994 or so, that is consistent with what I've found. Since then, however, I haven't seen a single inflight survey -- and that's with 100K+ international each year for the past 7 years. Am I alone on this?
