No, since they don't participate in precheck there is no way for them to enter it into their system, thus there is no way to guarantee precheck. And without the known traveler number TSA won't know that you have pre check.
Though at JFK security they sometimes shuffle random people into the precheck line, which has happened to me a few times when flying EK out of JFK as well. Interestingly the few times it has happened was when I was on EK208 (the 4:30pm departure). So its definitely possible, but i wouldn't get my hopes up.
I understand why you would want it though as T4 security is a clusterf*** (even when in J/F).
For global entry it will work automatically, no need to put in your known traveller number into your reservation since its not even possible to do so. Just go to the kiosk and swipe your passport and it should already know you're incoming flight info. If not you can enter it yourself.
