Charley's Steakhouse is pretty excellent. Would recommend the Orange Blossom Trail (or is it Orange?) location over the International Drive location since the OBT location is less touristy. Excellent steaks. They have three locations last I knew.

There ought to be good seafood in Orlando, but I never managed to find it. Now in Titusville, on the other hand... but that's a good drive from Orlando.
