I flew TK 3 weeks ago to IAH and back. One of my Suitcases arrived damaged, while the second never arrived at all.

On the way back, my new replacement suitcase for the one damaged, arrived two days late !!!

Baby stroller which I specifically asked to be available on landing outside of the airplane, was never there. I had to collect it after passport control even though I was only transiting in IST.

And in the very rare occasion that you find someone who can speak enough english to have a conversation with, then you might get some guidance.

The lounge and hard product are good,but other than that, dont expect too much.

In one instance, at transfer desk in IST, a staff was "responding" to a passenger by pointing angrily at the passenger and the part of the conversation I heard was "its not my problem, its your problem, who told you to book this ticket" !!!

I travel frequently for long distance and mostly use Emirate/Etihad/Qatar/ or LH, can can tell you that the overall experience with TK is miles and miles behind these other four airlines.
