Will I get access to Pier F lounge for both stopovers even the MNL flights are just in J?

I am aware of the OW policy but I am a bit confused as all segments are just international short haul below 5 hours. Any specific CX policy?
HKG-BKK: You have access to F lounge (Pier or Wing)
HKG-MNL: Technically no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. See QRC3288's comment to an earliest post below:

however, you can try explaining your situation at the front desk and if they're in a good mood they might accommodate. in fact, they might even be confused and let you in regardless. although technically i think the OW policy is long-haul F, I doubt they see many passengers in your situation.

let us know how it goes.
