Will I have lounge access while in ORD? I know if I was traveling in Y and connecting to international J I would, but it's unclear to me on the AA website for my situation.
[EDIT]:
Actually based on the one world website it seems like I am allowed access.

Yes! You will have access to the (amazing) The Wing Business Class lounge at HKG, complete with the famous Noodle Bar! When you are back stateside, you will have access to any Admirals Clubs that you encounter at connecting airports, as long as you have an ONWARD boarding pass for a OW-marketed, OW-operated flight. So, in your case, you can use the clubs at ORD and LGA. Keep your HKG-ORD boarding pass handy just in case the lounge personnel do not have your international flight showing on their system.
However then my question goes... My International flight arrives in Terminal 5 but my domestic flight leaves 8 hours later from T3.
Is there any way to go back into the BA lounge at T5 after clearing immigration? Or is my only option to access the terminal 3 admirals club ?
Sorry, no. T5 is a separate building with its own security checkpoint. You would need a boarding pass for a flight departing T5 to clear security there and access the lounge. at ORD you are relegated to the ACs, unless somebody guests you into the FL.
