I get the impression Rimowa mostly has success with this in their home market. Maybe not so much in the US market.

I think the challenge with the two-wheelers is their capacity-to-weight ratio. I remember looking at them when I ended up buying the Bolero IATA four-wheeler:

But I think for your use case it sort of makes sense. Its a niche product, but a good one.
