And you're jumping the gun. Once the promotion is officially announced, there's quickly a list built up of the various promotions offered. But if you call to ask "too early", they can only tell you what they on their screen. So you get worse information by wanting it too early.

(The information on dates is useful to all, but then it had already been posted earlier in the "no summer promo" thread. Your additional information on what bonus they said you would have is not all the useful, until the list of other available promos is created, presumably by next week sometime if the official date to register is Aug 19.)
