I've determined it was a variation on the "France is in the air" tune- but involves much more talking and random expressions (things like "we love you" and "let's go" in a very random fashion) in addition to several of the "ooowhoooooaooooo"'s as demonstrated in 41st second of this video (which came across as pornographic sounds over the phone) :


Interesting how they change it up a bit, but I still find myself laughing about this version I heard on the phone. It could have been the signal making it worse perhaps, but it was very hilarious.
