I rarely ever call airlines- but had to make a call to AF recently due to cancellation of a DL flight on an Air France ticket. Whilst, BA's telephone holding music has become normal to me, I was shocked to hear AF's.

It involves a horrible theme tune with a cross between a child and very high pitched women shouting things into the phone with electronic music in the background- and shouting what?- I have no idea. I must admit, some of the noises coming off the line resembled those of a very (and I'm not sure how to put this) loud "pornographic" noise. I also caught the word "love" between the sounds.

I was working with one of my colleagues in a very quite office and my immediate reaction was to laugh out loud! I have to say it did brighten my day and put a smile on my face on a very grim Friday! Please do give them a ring for a laugh! Very French, it must be said!
