If you stayed in the Park Suite then that is why your transfer was complimentary, not because you were a diamond. Again, if you are in a suite (either paid or using a DSU) the transfer is free. It was explicitly confirmed that there is no complimentary transfer for diamonds (I confirmed as well as my Diamond concierge).

As far as the noise noted in the previous post, I was pretty surprised. I stayed over 10 days (including a weekend) and the room was silent. Not really sure where the outdoor discotecque was located, my room overlooked the courtyard outside the lobby and restaurants and was silent. When coming home in the evenings the lobby was sometimes energetic and you could hear music coming from The Flying Elephant which I guess does do weekend parties but again, on the 4th floor I heard nothing.

You definitely could hear the street commotion from the rooftop pool though
