Hi Josh
I was lucky enough to get availability in F on the SFO to JFK in three weeks time for me and my son as part of a U.S. Trip.
We did all the bookings online on BA and didn't need to call AA
Availability for two was very scarce even looking about 6 months out. For single seats, it was much better
And I don't actually remember seeing any business seats but since I was after first I may be imaging this!
