New Amex Gold and Platinum member
I would expect Amex to give some kind of initial limit to use regardless if he's a new customer. the limit should be at least 5k and start from there. just like any visa it MC min credit line. what's the point if you paying a 175 membership fee and you only allowed to use 1k only. lol
