It was free of charge back in March this year. They specifically wrote it was a Diamond benefit.

The car was late to pick me up from the airport, which was unpleasant because of the heat outside the terminal. I waited for about 15 minutes.

The embarrassing part was that I saw a Hyatt manager near the exit. He was the only hotel representative allowed inside the building. He was from the HR and waited for a guest, with his driver in the car right outside. I asked him about the PH car - and he was surprised no one came. Eventually the car arrived with just a driver who parked far away and didn't even take my bag.

On the plus side, the Park Suite was very nice.
