GLad someone likes this property.

I stayed here a year ago (around New Year's). Hotel was party city. The noise was unbearable. Hotel said our room will have almost no noise...but that was basically a stupid thing to say as our room seemed to face the stage of the outdoor discotheque.
We checked out early.
The only nice thing that happened was the hotel refunded the stay $ for the one night.
(there were a bunch of other service issues as well....but nothing compared to the noise we faced).
