judging by the airport I'm guessing you are flying Low Cost Carrier, hence your post in Budget Travel.

This is not really suited for this forum, so I am moving your request to Europe forum, where hopefully someone will have an answer.

And for those not familiar with Podgorica, is the capital and largest city of Montenegro, formerly part of Yugoslavia.

While Ireland is part of European Union, neither Montenegro or Ireland are part of Schengen Zone, so I have no idea what kind of checks are done at the airport. Hopefully someone in Europe forum does.
