I'm trying to decide on an EC aisle seat in a 75H. The seat map shows rows 15, 16 and 17 in what appears to be a separate section from the other EC seats. I selected seat 16C, thinking that this separate section would be more private and quiet than in the back, but am wondering if it is better to take either 18D, where there are only 2 seats in the row and a lot of legroom, or 19C where there is even more legroom. 16C might be a little quieter, but if 16A or 16B needs to get up you have to move. 19C you don't (but sometimes the FA will be chatting with one of your neighbors, or people waiting for the lav will hang out in front of you). 16C is also the only one of those choices with underseat storage.
(I haven't actually been on that exact configuration since C+, though.)
