Yes - I have documented everything. Additional the Aspen Times documented it as well. I really tried to resolve amicably, but no mechanism. Thanks for the tips.
Go get 'em, traveler. And if you know anyone from your local newspaper or TV station, let them know. This is a good consumer news story, and you are the little guy being fleeced by the big bad corporation. Also let the media folks in Aspen know.
