I assume you are documenting the core issue with the localizer, AA's certification, etc. To establish it was not weather, and was not equipment- but was their certification (which they corrected 2 or 3 days later)
A well written small claims filing will likely result in a call from Risk Management with an offer ... dont forget to add filing fees.
They bused us from Gran Junction - 2 hours. Arrival time exceeded 4 hours after scheduled time
Yes - I have documented everything. Additional the Aspen Times documented it as well. I really tried to resolve amicably, but no mechanism. Thanks for the tips.
