Can't emphasize enough:
- If you're a Diamond, you should come to expect MORE THAN STANDARD elite treatment. Otherwise, I may as well switch to SPG.
- "Confirm it or roll the dice???" This isn't a ringing endorsement.
- How does "communicate in advance" work with "weaker, less-than-empowered" staff? Who do you think it taking your phone call??

Curious- what room were you in that was in such poor shape? And what did you expect as being a Diamond member that you didn't receive? Front desk staff wise- I had a great, friendly, helpful agent when I checked in but a dud when I checked out.
