I suppose my response could have been more measured, as I was not happy with the hotel when I stayed and felt that your review was not tough enough on this place. But I was more challenging the ideas and not you personally! Healthy debate and I was just disappointed with the staff and hotel condition. Doesn't matter how long one has been on FT or not. I think we should be tough on them for the easy things they don't do correctly, such as recognize elite benefits without prodding. However, I know you enjoy this place and so do many others. I may be back, but do hope your inside info is accurate about the changes coming. That would be really good news!
