OP, you can assert whatever you want.

AA has already ignored you. Thats done. You can keep repeating yourself with different email boxes, but I wouldnt.

Next step is a demand letter, for YOUR point of view. Claim what you want. "here is the total or I take the next step'. Paper, Certified.

Then a small claim case.

IMO they will settle before the case date.
