Very true, as I am often on the NRT flight and (i) I love the fact the gate is right outside the club, (ii) so does every other elite or Club pass holder.
That said, I have also seen it pretty crowded in the 8-10am time frame. Huge wave of UA flights going out in the mornings. Of course crowded does not mean "can't find a seat", it's just "can't find a seat that does not have someone else sitting next to you".
If I had to rank them, I would go ORD B > DEN E/W > ORD C. Never tried ORD F
