I never understood why people use East and West to describe the clubs. Seem to me that Low and High gate number would be better. Is the high gate one the East? I'd plan my flights more around options to fall back on, rather than on the clubs.
Hopefully it won't matter in a year or so, as Amex is talking about building a Centurion Lounge in the B concourse.
