BUT - TAKE IT FROM ME - THE WINDS OF CHANGE ARE BLOWING! Such terms as "capacity controls" being used at midyear can only mean that restrictions are coming regarding upgrading discounted tix. NWA already did away with any upgrades on companion free tix.
