I think you are confusing crediting of TPs & avios with redemptions. Crediting of flights flown is certainly in that format - but obvioulsy that only appears a dy or two after you have done the flights. Redemptions for rewards are shown as:
11-Aug-15 11-Aug-15 Redemption 0 -20,000
and has no reference as to the PNR, ticket number, or route the redemption was actually for.
