Yes, log in to your BAEC account, scroll down to "My Recent Transactions", click on "View All Transactions", and you'll see the PNR / Booking Reference under "Description":
E.g. LONDON HEATHROW - KIEV BORISPOL INTL (C/U) BA882(Booking ref: A23BC4)
