It's authentic. The incident happened on 6 March but the report is from the latest AAIB Bulletin:

Must have been very interesting onboard with the cockpit door open and 3 crew standing in front of it for security. [ETA: Curtain was drawn so pax may have been none the wiser that it was open.]

Were any FTers onboard?
