Yesterday afternoon, I made an online Avios booking via ba.com for our daughter to fly from MAD-LHR-GLA on Saturday.

Trouble is, I didn't write down the booking reference.

And now I cannot find any way to trace it (other than seeing some avios has been taken out my account). There has been no email, and it doesn't appear in MMB.

Is there somewhere else I should look.

She is in CE, and I know if she just turns up at check-in, they'll find her booking. But mum is getting worried!

And I imagine BA's call centres are clogged after yesterday's weather canx.
