As someone who has worked on medical equipment design for over 20 years (including CT scanners), I can assure you that no one will have a naked picture of anyone with the X-Ray equipment at airports (which are looking for metal).

On top of that -- I've never seen a person X-Rayed at an airport. I doubt it is legal. This is a medical procedure, it would have to be regulated by the FDA.

And also, it looks like most of the bag x-ray equipment is analog, so they would need a digitizer in order to put it on the internet. And that would be a picture of your carry on.
