It seems pretty clear from the purchase page that 3 children under 18 are allowed to accompany the pass-holder:

In case I wasn't clear, it's 1 adult + 2 children traveling. My question is whether the complimentary day pass would be treated in the same way as the purchased day pass with regards to allowing the children in?
I think that's new (or I was unaware or had forgotten) and very family friendly. And in that case I'd still depend on terms and conditions of the Barclay pass - but if the Club agent balks, mention the $50 pass admits an adult and up to three children. I'm occasionally happy to be wrong; this is one of those times (but beware of any possible discrepancies between the $50 and Barclays passes).
