Tips on a complaint letter
Hi,
Any tips/samples for writing a complaint letter?
I was booked on an X airlines flight which was operated by Y Airlines, and I found the service to be way below expectations. I don't want to go into specifics, but it wasn't anything like a rude FA etc which isn't that rare.
Should I expect the service to be of a standard of X airlines?
Any help?
